Duck Duck Hunt will feature and resell popular outdoor equipment and gear…from hunting wear to tents, duck calls to fishing rods, waders to cooking equipment!  If you have any of these items that are simply collecting dust in your garage, we would love for you to bring them to us! Other families can greatly benefit from the things you no longer use. Be sure your items are up to date, clean, and in great working condition!

To begin signing with us, please continue to the Duck Duck Goose website to register. You will be given the opportunity to register for Duck Duck Hunt, as well as any of our other Duck Duck Goose sales.

Please see our guidelines and tagging requirements for information on how to prepare your items for drop-off. Please remember that all items must strictly adhere to our guidelines and tagging requirements in order to be accepted in the sale.

Your items must be priced and tagged before dropping them off at the sale. Pricing your items is made easy with our simple barcode software. Click here to learn more about our barcode system.

Once the barcode pricing label has been created, use a safety pin to attach the card and barcode to the clothing items. For larger non-clothing items, be sure to use tape or cable ties to secure the card to the item. On larger items that are hard to tag, such as shoes, we recommend attaching a small piece of tape with your consignor ID and the item price, in addition to the pricing card.

There is no limit on the number of items you may bring to consign in Duck Duck Hunt.

Your items should be brought to the State Fair Grounds Hall of Industry on Friday, September 17th from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Drop off times are at your convenience; there is no appointment necessary.

Check-In Information:

  • A check-in associate will inspect all items to ensure excellent quality & cleanliness.
  • While your items are being checked in, you will sign a consignor agreement.
  • After the check-in process, all items should be placed in the appropriate “department” on the sales floor.

Please Note:  Although Saturday is the ½ price sale at the Duck Duck Goose children’s sale, no Duck Duck Hunt items will be allowed to sell at ½ price anytime during the sale.  Duck Duck Hunt items will be displayed in the annex room of the Hall of Industry with signs clearly indicating that these items are not ½ price.  Our check out staff will also ensure this at check out.

Consignor payment checks and any unsold items may be picked up on Sunday, September 19th, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm and Monday, September 21st, from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

For security reasons, you will receive a Check Pick-Up Pass which must be presented to Duck Duck Goose staff when you pick up your check. Only Pick-Up Pass holders will be allowed to enter the Hall of Industry during pickup. You will be required to present your drivers license as official identification.

All remaining items will be donated to local charities at 12:00pm Monday. Any checks not picked up will be mailed on Tuesday, September 21nd.

Participation Fees:

Please note that a $8.50 participation fee in addition to the 30% consignment fee will be deducted from each consignor's check. This fee helps pay a fraction of the cost of pulling off the event. This participation fee is YOUR advertising budget used to sell your items for you.
